Since I have had children, I seem to have lost my self discipline.  After Dasia was born, I still managed to watch what I ate and continued to exercise.  But when Dylan arrived, exercising became a thing of the past.  Which was strange that I no longer was able to make myself exercise since it was always a big part of who I was.  In an effort to reestablish exercising in my life, I am joining the 5 Week Challenge with Women Living Well.  My goal is to exercise 3 days per week by either doing a Tae Bo video with my daughter or riding my stationary bicycle.  Most important, I will ask God to remind me to exercise and give me the desire to see it through!
